RX For Brown Skin!!

This Post is not related to my natural hair journey! Since my hair is in Senegalese twist thought it would be a good idea to post my clear skin journey as well lol!!
So I ordered the RX for brown skin about two weeks ago. I have acne prone skin and whenever I get a pimple it leaves a mark which is so annoying and unattractive

I have tried other spot treatments with no improvement or very little improvement.
So I was very skeptical of RX because I usually do not trust stuff like that but ordered it anyway.
When I ordered it two weeks ago they emailed me and said it was on back order. So I got the email today that said my order was in and I should receive it in about 7-10 days.
I will post my progress and see if it actually works as well as my skin care regimen once I get my order of the RX for Brown Skin!!

11 Month *NO TOUCH* Challenge!!! o_O

So I decided to go on a 11 month No Touch challenge!! I know that's a long time but whenever my hair is out I feel like I am always messing in it and watching it grow is aggravating so I just want to put it away.

Plan of Action:

October-December Senegalese Twist

January-March Sew-In

March- May Senegalese Twist

May- August Sew-In

I will trim my ends and do deep conditions in between hair styles to keep hair healthy and growing.

I also have to decide if I want to do the Big Chop once the 11 months are up. Originally my plan was to Big Chop January 1, 2013 but my plan might change because I want to get to know my natural hair and learn how to style it and really take care of it before it grows to much and I am over whelmed. So I have a lot to think about but at least I have 11 months to decided.

Wish me luck on this 11 month challenge. I will keep you posted with pics and post on how my hair is growing and how I am managing it. :-)

Senegalese Twist! ^_^

As I mentioned in my last post I decided to put my hair up in Senegalese twist I was seeing a lot of breakage because I was putting to much heat in my hair. I am also starting to work out again so I needed a style that I don't have to worry about doing my hair. I like the Senegalese twist the lady did them really small and extremely tight so I am being mindful of my edges so I try not to pull them to much.

FYI- I got the Senegalese Twist done 9/30/2011

I plan to have these twist in for the next 2 1/2 to 3 months! so I cant wait to see my natural growth once I take them out!!!

16 weeks Transition 4 MONTHS!!

This is my natural hair growth post 16 weeks relaxer! I can see some growth from my last post but I was thinking after 16 weeks it would be a bit more. Lately I have been putting to much heat in my hair and have been seeing some breakage so I decided to put it up in Senegalese twist (Next Post).

FYI- These Pics were taken 9/17/2011
